Agathabeau aromatic eye pillows can be used in many different ways; for relaxation or Savasana during yoga sessions, or whilst meditating to block out light and create a relaxing aroma. The pillows put mild pressure to the the eye area and help the brain to relax both the body and mind. They can be used at room temperature and easily carried in your bag or chilled in the fridge and applied to tired eyes to reduce puffiness or warm on the radiator to relax muscles (making the lavender smell even more heavenly).
Unlike many eye pillows, which are mass produced in factories abroad, Agathabeau eye pillows are made by hand in Wiltshire, using vintage and roll end fabrics, that would often be discarded.
They are stuffed with linseed and lavender.
